We are looking for an experienced Quality Analyst to join our dynamic QA team. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through comprehensive testing strategies and quality assurance processes.
Key Responsibilities
Design and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases
Perform manual and automated testing of web and mobile applications
Identify, document, and track software defects and issues
Collaborate with development teams to ensure quality standards
Conduct regression testing and performance testing
Review requirements and specifications for testability
Mentor junior QA team members and interns
Participate in code reviews and design discussions
Maintain test documentation and quality metrics
Implement and improve QA processes and methodologies
Requirements
3-5 years of experience in software quality assurance
Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and best practices
Experience with automated testing tools (Selenium, Cypress, etc.)
Proficiency in test case design and execution
Knowledge of API testing tools (Postman, REST Assured)
Experience with bug tracking tools (Jira, Bugzilla)
Understanding of Agile/Scrum development processes
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and documentation skills
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
