We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for leading technology projects from initiation to completion, ensuring successful delivery while maintaining high quality standards and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget
Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource allocation
Manage project scope, requirements, and stakeholder expectations
Coordinate with clients and internal teams throughout project lifecycle
Implement and maintain project management best practices and methodologies
Monitor project progress and identify potential risks and mitigation strategies
Facilitate project meetings, stand-ups, and retrospectives
Ensure quality deliverables and client satisfaction
Manage project budgets and resource utilization
Mentor junior team members and project coordinators
Requirements
2-4 years of experience in project management or related field
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related discipline
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
Experience with project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, MS Project)
Excellent leadership and team management skills
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification preferred
Experience in software development project management
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
